Company-Supplied Materials:
When materials are supplied by S&A Construction Repair, they are selected based on availability, quality, and suitability for the project.
Any manufacturer warranties on materials are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Client-Supplied Materials:
If the client provides their own materials, S&A Construction Repair is not responsible for:
- Material quality
- Material defects
- Material compatibility
- Delays caused by unavailable or incorrect materials
Workmanship Warranty Limitation:
The workmanship warranty applies to labor only and does not cover defects or failures caused by materials supplied by the client.
Material Changes:
Any changes to materials after the project has started may result in additional costs or delays and must be approved by the client.
