Safety Commitment:
S&A Construction Repair is committed to maintaining a safe working environment for employees, clients, and the public.
All work is performed in accordance with applicable safety standards and regulations in Ontario.

Site Safety:
The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area.
Any unsafe conditions must be disclosed prior to the start of work.

Right to Stop Work:
S&A Construction Repair reserves the right to stop or delay work if site conditions are deemed unsafe.
Work may resume only after safety concerns have been resolved.

Restricted Areas:
Clients and unauthorized individuals are not permitted in the work area during active work for safety reasons.

Hazardous Conditions:
The company is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from:

  • Unsafe site conditions
  • Hidden hazards
  • Structural issues not disclosed before work began

Weather Conditions:
Work may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions that could compromise safety.
