CANCELLATION POLICY
S&A Construction Repair
Client Cancellation:
If the client chooses to cancel a scheduled service or project, notice must be provided as early as possible.
Cancellation Before Work Begins:
- If cancellation occurs before work has started, any non-refundable costs may be deducted from the deposit.
- Non-refundable costs may include materials already purchased, special orders, or administrative time.
Cancellation After Work Has Started:
- If cancellation occurs after work has started, the client is responsible for:
- Payment for work completed up to the cancellation date
- Any materials purchased or services already committed
Same-Day Cancellation:
Cancellations made on the scheduled start date may be subject to additional charges to cover time, scheduling, and preparation costs.
Company Cancellation:
S&A Construction Repair reserves the right to cancel or reschedule work due to:
- Unsafe site conditions
- Weather conditions
- Non-payment
- Circumstances beyond the company’s control
