CHANGE ORDER POLICY

Scope of Work:
All work to be performed is based on the original agreed scope outlined in the approved quote or agreement.

Change Orders:
Any additional work, modifications, or changes requested by the client that are not included in the original scope will be considered a Change Order.

Approval Required:
All Change Orders must be approved by the client before the additional work begins.
Approval may be provided in writing, by email, or through an updated quote.

Pricing & Schedule:
Change Orders may result in:

  • Additional costs
  • Adjustments to the project timeline

The cost and schedule impact of any Change Order will be communicated to the client before work proceeds.

No Unauthorized Work:
S&A Construction Repair is not obligated to perform any additional work without an approved Change Order.
