LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Scope of Liability:
S&A Construction Repair’s liability is strictly limited to the scope of work agreed upon in the approved quote or agreement.
Maximum Liability:
The maximum liability of S&A Construction Repair shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific portion of work directly affected by a proven workmanship issue.
Excluded Damages:
S&A Construction Repair shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of use, loss of income, or loss of profits
- Pre-existing structural or foundation issues
- Damage caused by third parties
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance
- Damage caused by extreme weather, flooding, or natural disasters
Third-Party Work:
The company is not responsible for work performed by other contractors, suppliers, or service providers before or after our services.
Material Limitation:
Liability does not extend to materials supplied by the client or manufacturer defects beyond the company’s workmanship.
