WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY
S&A Construction Repair

General Warranty:
All services provided by S&A Construction Repair are covered by a one (1) year workmanship warranty starting from the project completion date.

Waterproofing Warranty:
All waterproofing services are covered by a two (2) years workmanship warranty starting from the project completion date.

What Happens If a Problem Occurs:
If a defect related to workmanship occurs during the warranty period, S&A Construction Repair will first attempt to repair the issue at no additional cost to the client.

Refund Policy:
If the company is unable to repair the workmanship issue after reasonable attempts, a refund may be issued for the affected portion of the labor cost only.

Refunds do NOT include:

  • Material costs
  • Permit fees
  • Third-party services
  • Additional work outside the original scope

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance
  • Pre-existing structural or foundation issues
  • Damage caused by third parties
  • Extreme weather, flooding, or natural disasters
  • Materials supplied by the client
  • Any modifications or repairs performed by others after completion

Warranty Conditions:

  • Full payment must be received for the warranty to be valid
  • Warranty applies only to workmanship performed by S&A Construction Repair
  • Warranty applies only to the original client and service location
  • Issues must be reported within the warranty period

Limitation of Liability:
The maximum liability of S&A Construction Repair is limited to the amount paid for the affected workmanship only.

Acceptance:
By approving a quote or using our services, the client agrees to this Warranty & Refund Policy.
